The Evo flash just pulls a set amount of timing right? like say you're pulling 2 degrees at 7 pounds on pump gas, you're still pulling 2 degrees at 10 pounds on race fuel?
Yes set amount Allen did everything so I do not even know what flash they did I will just drop it in his parking lot if it blows up

Silly question but I'll ask anyways. I'm guessing Allen threw in the fuel pump upgrade as well?

Did you figure out your battery issues?

Yes it came out of my 14 xtx which is getting fuel cell and pressure regulator to support 20#"s of boost
Not sure it was bought in this past July but has been at Allen's for 4 months hoping it was just low from sitting. It's on a charger overnight I will see what it is like today and replace if slow crankingDid you figure out your battery issues?

Hey Allen yes he would know billet wheel.
Dude this thing is amazing. Question did you use your afr or mine when you set it up. I had all kinds of battery problems it was dead when I got there jumped it ride 6 hrs and stopped would not start had to walk home went back and jumped it to get it on trailer this morning and when I got home it would not start. But also when riding the afr was reading 12.9 to 13.3 all the time. I know that censor was run 2 years in the 14 on almost all 110 octane
An aem gauge I had laying there was used for 02.

EVO flash pulls 4 degrees timing, 9750 rev limit.

Fuel pump kit & 4th injector both installed.

Your battery is junk if it's not starting it. It was on the smart charger for a full day last week.
And yes, Allen is the man when it comes to building a snowmobile. He defiantly knows his stuff.

What s wrong with the battery industry? that was bought the week before I gave you the sleds cause the battery that was in the 14 had died after 1 season and was replaced and ten it would not hold a charge over the summer.

Something must be draining on the sled. Was the battery in the sled with the Lojack for any period of time?

Dog my 14 I bought new always sits in an outdoor shed and I don't plug in the tender till close to riding season. Than its never plugged in at all. Last Saturday I left it sit outside all night -12 the next day the sun was shining on it all day and about noon I went out and started it. I really figured it wouldn't even turn over. About the 3rd whirl and fired right up. This is the original battery btw. I am thinking you have to have a draw as well.
Yes but this is 2 different sleds. It was put in the 14 in September then I gave them both to Ulmer and he switched the gas tanks with the batteries in place from th 14 to the 15 because the upgraded fuel pump was still in that tank. Even the 15 when I bought it was the last ride of the season and went to the UP and it BRAND new with the other battery in it and it was dead and had to jump it. The lojack is in the 14 and it quit working a year ago and has a shut down censor in it after 30 min of no motion it shuts down.
Both sleds were fully charged before I delivered them to Allen in September and he put the batteries on a charger before I got them back.

It's a strange coincidence that you are having repeated and uncommon battery issues. Your explanation is pretty tough to follow.
The battery in question was in the 2014 sled and not used for how long? July through Dec dormant but connected until topped off?
Are both batteries dead now or does Ulmer have the one?
I plugged mine in this fall after forgetting about it all summer and the light went green right away. Never even bothered topping off the Doo.

Ulmer still has the battery out of the 15 sled that I bought in march of last year. The battery in this sled was bought in September right before I gave him the sleds. And I do not know when he tore down the 14 or when it was disconnected but that should not matter it is only 4 months old. The fact is even if something was draining it like the lo jack the battery should still be rechargeable and hold a charge being that new. But it would not, I jumped it Saturday morning and rode for almost 6 hrs straight. I parked at 3 ish for eats and was inside for 1 hr and it would barely turn the motor over 2 times then click.
It is still under warranty and I will take it back today it is just BS that I go up for my first ride and end up walking home due to stupid battery. It was cold up there but still that is 2 yrs in a row that 1st ride started and ended that way. Next week I will have the big trailer and all my goodies with me so sled will be at 50 deg all night and have jump box, generator and anything you can imagine with me, BUT I better not need it!

As a side note it probably was better that I did not ride on Sunday. I am so sore right now I cannot write with a pen. I have to work out my hands and arms. I think I went up 2 arm length sizes on shirts after the first day on this thing.
After that ride at 7#'s I am not sure if I will ever switch to 10.5 and I may have to hire someone to run the 14 if it is going to be 100 hp more than this one at 7#'s
