Rex, how much damage would I have incurred by riding 50+ miles without the limiters yesterday? Like I said I did notice the skis were quite a bit lighter, I tried to takr it as easy as I could but..... I couldn't resist with the new Pilots! thanks for the input, Doug

I rode mine a lot more than 50 miles and the only damage I can attribute to riding it was the front inner idler wheels shredding due to riding on the limiter straps (I wasn't lucky enough to notice until it was too late - so I just kept on riding at that point).
I did find I was missing track clips afterwards also, but I can't be sure the broken straps had anything to do with it.
I probably put on a good 500 miles without straps.
