Ok pretty simple circuit here. Power has to flow through two different sets of contacts in the start switch in order to pull in the starter relay.
From what you have checked so far I’m leaning twards a bad connection on the start switch.
You need to check for voltage when you are actually trying to crank the machine over. First I would check the red/white wire going from the relay to the switch. Then the brown/white coming from the kill switch.
You must be cranking wen you do all your checks
