i just got the wife and I find the steering is a bit hard for her. What can I do with factory suspension and skis to make it easier to steer for her.

I have the same ones on my 06er. All I did was loosen the jam nut and went four full turns with the the shock counterclockwise yes I marked it so I knew were I was at but I added weight made a big difference so I'd go 4 full turns clockwise and see where its at. I run 8inch triple points do you have any idea of what skegs are on sled

I have ordered the woody duallys but they are on back order it there any suspension adjustments that I can do. I was going to shim the skis also?

Check your rear transfer rod setting, it could be set close to min setting which will put alot weight on the skis, max transfer setting transfers more weight to the rear which reduces steering effort, only thing as you adjust transfer closer to max you start to loose rear suspension travel,
