I am making plans for our third annual Tug Hill NY TY ride. I know that last years ride got a little messed up bcause of questionable snow conditions on our planned overnight bagger trip up the rail bed to Charlies. Some guys keep our original plans and stayed on the Hill, while others went down to the Marathon area to ride where there was a lot of snow. It turned out that both places had plenty of snow.

This year lets plan on riding from Wed Feb 1-Sat Feb 4. Those who can make it can come ride on all 4 days, of if you can only come for 1 or 2 days that is fine also. Our metting place will be at the Montague Inn. They have a new Inn with 14 rooms. There # is 315-376-2078. How many would like to try our overnight bagger trip again, On Thursday morning ride up to Charlies inn by Lake Clear. Ride around that area, stay at Charlies Thurday night, then ride back to the Tug Hill and back to montague on Friday. If enough want to do this 1 night bagger trip p[lease let me know so I can call up Charlies and make sure they are open that night. That night would be Thursday Feb. 2nd. Lets get some feed back, so we can get this trip planned. Thannks, Gordon.

Count me in bagger and all.
Thanks Gordon for taking the initiative to get the whole thing going again.
This will make a great B-day present to myself.

I'm in for the trip including the bagger. Would have to hustle home Sat. night as Marathon Snowdusters have their sled races Sunday. Looks like it will be a very long weekend!!

I am in. I would love a bagger trip or whatever you guys decide. As long as there is snow and we ride, I am in.

I'm in

Way to take the bull by the horns Gordon. Count me in for the whole trip, bagger and all. Will be great riding and seeing the TY guys again. YEAH!! WE"RE GETTIN THE BAND BACK TOGETHER!!!

Could make it at least Wednesday for the day.
For those who don`t get to Tug hill before then you will get to see the many giant wind turbines that have sprouted up in the area.
Don`t forget -NO #$%&* PINHEADS allowed!
The alien abductions and blizzards etc.are enough.(TY ride #1, Montague 04.)

I got to see the wind mills when I was up there last week with my ATV. From Flat Rock Inn you can count 85 wind mills. Doesn't do much for some of the senic veiws from that area.

Check with Boston RX1 he should know. It also depends where on the hill you want to go. Going to Montague is just about the farthest spot you can go to get on the hill from Mass. I Think?
It's all relative though, what's it matter if you're going to be riding. I'll be driving about 6 hours to get there.
