It's on the harness going up/down between the oil tank and fan.

It's on the harness going up/down between the oil tank and fan.
Thanks for your help
It was caused by a frayed main ground wire attached to the starter

Well, I started to rip into the sled and found that there was zero oil in the chain case. So now I have to pull off the servo to see what to damage is like. I also ran into another problem... when I hit the reverse button nothing happens. There isn't any blinking of lights and or even beeping noise. Is there a fuse for the servo or any other items that would cause that?

Thanks, I did check that fuse. On top of the box it says gear. The fuse is good. I was researching and found that some one said hold reset and push reverse. Anyone else hear anything like this?

Yeah, that was me. Mine did that and tried reset. Worked a few times but then it didn't.
If yours lacked lube, the reverse box may be thrashed and could be the reason why the button won't work. My son's '09 did that and it at first, thought it was an issue with the contact switches in the reverse gear box. Turned out to be the box was self destructing and eventually
forward gear started skipping. Here's a thread that should help:
http://www.ty4stroke.com/threads/reverse-gear-box-inspection.123019/
And this one is to test the electricals of the box:

And since your is an '07, there is an updated part and seal for the oil feed tube for the reverse box:

I have the sled in pieces right now but ran out of time. Will be pulling the gear box tomorrow to try to figure out the problem. Will keep posting if I can find any answers. Thanks the forum is very helpful!

So after diving in and trying to find the culprit of my problem. I still don't have an exact answer. After finding that there was zero oil in the chain case. Filled up the chain case with the specified oil and ran it for a while. Everything seemed to be working good , other then the D light still flashes. Ran it a bunch on the stand in the garage and put a magnet in the chain case where the dip stick was multiple times and couldn't pull any metal shaving at all.
We then found that the sled would not try to go into reverse. Start the sled let it warm up and RPMS to drop and try to hit the reverse button. Nothing would happen, light wouldn't flash and no beeping. Tried the reset then hit reverse and that didn't work. As someone said earlier the to hold the throttle down and turn key until fuel pump stops then let go of throttle and start. That would work everytime. So thought it could be the TPS sensor. Went in to the diagnostic mode and all reading read in the ranges of what the service manual called for.
Took apart the sled again and took the servo off. Moved the fork back and forth and everything seems to be operating as it was explained in the gear box inspection thread. Put the sled back together and ran it up and down the road a few times and had good power didn't skip, but the green D light still went in and out.
Wondering if these are all causes of the TPS sensor (other then no oil in the chain case)?

Check the bearing spacing behind the gear on the clutch side of the gear box. I have a picture of it in that same thread. My son's failed, I believe, because that bearing moved into the gear box and would prevent the fork from moving all the way. It also prevented the fork from making contact with the switch.

What's the trick of getting the gear box out in one piece with out having to split it? Every way I turn it the front of the gear box hits the motor.

Trying to remember, I think you have to turn it and the tilt it up and out. It's been a while since I've done it but it can be done. Be sure you loosened the clutch side bearing from the shaft.

Couldn't get it out in one piece but I have it changed and it works. For was worn badly. I get it started and it's at a low rpm and won't try to go in reverse. I hold down the throttle and let the fuel pump cycle, let off the throttle and start it and it goes through its warm up period and will then beep and go in reverse. Thinking the TPS is bad. Not sure what else it could be.
