All you guys that like the carbs better put in your order. This should be your last chance to buy a dinosaur.

i like the carbs, i have no problem with mine on choke in the morning, start on full choke and she runs like a car at high idle, slowly back down the choke and when your almost off just give it some gas to bring the rpms up and turn off the choke and then your set to go becuase the warm-up light is off and the heat exchangers have some heat in them

I think the choke is a very minor inconvenience. I start them up, shut off the choke, take the clamps off and the sled is ready to go. I would recommend buying an Attak GT. It has EFI, great power, and good suspension components.az99 said:The FI they put on the Apex is nice. Turn the key and running. The only thing I do not like about the 120 is jerking around with the choke at first startup.
There is no way an engine should be built in 2007 with carbs and manual choke. Carbs are for the antique museum.
Well Yamaha, I had money burning a hole in my pocket but not for a sled with no real improvements from my 2005.

I don't feel like I am riding a dinosaur. A lot of the dinosaur's out there are both fuel and oil injected.
