ok guys whats the first thing to check..as my hand/thumb warmers no longer work... know gauge shows that they are on high and workin,,,but no..or very little heat...
they have worked in the past.... any suggestions...

No codes coming up? You may want to check the fuses. Might be that simple if you are not getting Codes 80, 81 82 or 83.

I suspect a partially bad ground.
That is why you get no codes, but no warmth.
They are probably getting slightly warm, but not enough.
