Hey guys I need your thoughts.
I bought a 2008 nytro off this guy knowing it had a blown head gasket. So I had it replaced and had the head shaved. Now I have probably with it starting. The throttle has to be wide open to get it start and constantly playing with the throttle to keep it running It will not ide
still have some coolant in new oil i have done coolant pressure test and seems fine. Checked compression checked plugs fuel pump runs no codes. Coolant level has not changed. But still burning coolant could it be left over in the muffler...

Did you try a compression test? Were the valves properly adjusted? Another possibility is the chain wasn't set right.
So the shop that did it just let it go out the door like that?

the head just got shaved and thrown back on.
The shop put up there hands and said take it to a dealer they will figure out the problem faster then we can.
But your head gasket complete here’s the bill.

Shop sounds like a bunch of douchetards. I just did a head gasket job on the same engine without an issue. First time for me on a Yamaha and it started first time. I'd be checking the timing chain and valve clearances. The chain did give me some issues when trying to get the chain tensioner to release to take up the slack and it would skip and my valves were tight.
When you bought it, did it run normally despite the blown head gasket?
If you can, try to change your title to something else more descriptive of your problem like "Nytro won't run after head gasket". Might get more responses that way.
