Needs some help. Son bought a crashed apex with damage to handle bars and steering shaft and windshield. After replacement of those parts have a code 20. Starts and idles fine have not driven sled. Not sure if concern was there prior.

Thank you for that. Looking for the diagnostic steps for that code. What the readings should be.

Is, by chance, the connector to your air sensor on the air box disconnected?

If the handle bars and steering post were damaged, safe to assume sled was rolled and if that's the case, wonder if the sensor might have been damaged and/or is broken. Another possbile culprit would be the air box hose is clogged/pinched.

I was thinking the same thing. How would you test the sensors they are like 180 bucks each.If the handle bars and steering post were damaged, safe to assume sled was rolled and if that's the case, wonder if the sensor might have been damaged and/or is broken. Another possbile culprit would be the air box hose is clogged/pinched.

You should be able to go into the diagnostic mode as there is a test that can be performed to see if its faulty. Also should be able to hook a multi-meter and measure the two wires (+ pink and - black/blue) and measure volts; 4.75-5.25V.

Is code 20 the airbox sensor or the one mounted down under the airbox? You should be able to go into the diagnostic mode as there is a test that can be performed to see if its faulty. I highly doubt it's the sensor. Check wiring and make sure everything is plugged in.
See #10 in this picture. Maybe it didn't get plugged back in.
