Check your fuses yet?

Check that you have 12 vdc in and out of 20amp fuse with ignition key on. If you do then go to relay you replaced and check the blue with white wire and see if you have the 12vdc there if you do then it points towards the light switch or relay is bad. Double check the relay connector for loose wiring first prior to light switch or relay checks.
Let us know what you find.
good luck,
Pete

When you say no power to anything, you mean when you turn the key on everything is dead? If so, I had a problem with no power with the key on and it ended up being I accidently partially pushed in the kill switch button at the throttle some how after working on my chain case killing all power. Switch looked like it was up, but it was just enough to give me the issue. Hope its just something like that.

Yes no power to anything. It would run just no lights until I changed the relay

After looking for loose connections you could try your old relay to see if you are at the beginning again or if a new problem started. Maybe there is nothing wrong with your old relay, just a loose connection.

X2 I would put the old relay back in and fire up the sled. Then you know if its the relay or not. After looking for loose connections you could try your old relay to see if you are at the beginning again or if a new problem started.
