2010 Vector help needed.

I looked at the parts diagram and can't find anything named Idle control valve.
It's proper name is ISC, Idle Speed Control Valve. If it's giving issues it will throw 37 code on the dash with an engine light.

The 16 with computer controlled throttle with different modes has no icv. All controlled by electronic throttle at throttle body.
You had your xtx vector idle fixed with valve lash job. I'm still fighting it. Don't know anyone yet that said they've done one or so. Hate to just leave it at a dealer or shop without knowing they've done them on the vectors.

I had a guy I know who is smarter than me stop over and we tore into it. He ohmed out the wiring and it was all good. He took the ISC and it's housing out of the throttle body and started looking at it and low and behold a half inch piece of plastic from inside the air box came out of it. I'm confident that was the issue. The plastic is from the lid of the air box, there is 2 posts that point down and one broke off.
I'll post back after some miles on it and leave a report. I hope this helps anyone that has a similar problem.

Update. I've put over 300kms on the Vector and all good. The post that broke off bounced around the air box and got sucked into the opening that feeds the Idle Control Valve. A screen over that opening would save this from happening.
