Well I hate to say it but this standard 2011 128" handles terrible. It pushes in the corners badly. Where do I start with the adjustments? Limiter strap is full length, didn't touch a thing yet. 6" deuce bars, darting not bad but just pushes in corners, needs more ski pressure in my opinion. My 2008 136" handles way better. Suggestions as where to start.

Also have 128 with 800 miles...pulled limitter up one hole and it helped, almost eliminated push on firm trails....went up another hole but have yet to try. I do have SE with a-arms level and 13mm on the way. Hopefully can get it to handle as good as 06RTX

Let us know after you try it with another hole up. I assume it was full length when you got it like mine. Sounds like I need to go at least one up for sure.

What is the transfer rod set at? If it is set to max? then adjust to a mid point between min and max setting....

it should be handling better then the 06-2010...

Tranfer rod is at factory setting, in the middle. I will be adjusting it if I get close to the results I'm expecting with strap. The 128 suspension is almost 1/2" farther back than 121, giving you more ski pressure. This should reduce push which hasn't been the case, buy may be due to the extra footprint of the track. I am using both original skis and pilots(greatly reduced darting). I will post after next outing with strap in middle hole

are you saying you have a standard and an Se both?

which is better etc

IMO, I think you'd be a whole lot better off getting a new pair of skis, or at least a set of Snowtracker carbides.

I'm waiting for someone to throw a pair of Simmons Gen 1's or Gen 3's on a 2011 Apex......

Now that's a review I want to hear!!!!!!!

Pull up limiter strap, increase front spring pressure, adjust transfer rod for less transfer.

exactly....dial out all the transfer and report back...bet you'll be amazed

Great........$14k sled and start replacing stuff.....I'll stick with my 06 Apex.....
