Newtron, awesome speed man, wuhoo!! As far as your RPM, my 07 RTX ran at 10,800 RPM & my Attak runs at 10,500 rpm & it is waaaay faster on top than the RTX!! The RTX would hit a wall where as the Attak given the distance would keep creeping in speed!!!
Not sure about the newer Apex's but the older ones like mine made the most horsepower at 10,500 rpm. The horsepower curve in my case will decrease anything above 10,500 rpm.

I've seen and ran against the 1200 Doo Doo with Knapp's same mods and ya it is quicker than a stock 1200, but not up to the level of a good running stock Apex of any year. The radar gun tells the truth. Now as for Knapp's "ringer", I do believe it could beat a stock Apex. It would be nice to see his sled at a radar run and get it tech'd. It's a lot harder to hide stuff in this century. LOL.......

Not up to the level of a good running stock Apex? Are you serious. I've had many many Apex's and they are fast, that is why I like to race them! You know you've beaten one of the best. It's why I get such a kick out of it, because 1200 Doo's are supposed to be soooo slowwwwww. It's fun beating goliath and being on an underdog. Just like my old 800 putting such a hurting on all the 1000's. It just ain't supposed to happen time after time after time.
Radar Runs are like watching paint dry. Nothing more boring! Been there, done that!

i made a pass little over 2000ft saw 118 on speedo not here to impress anybody if you find it hard to believe that's up to yourself i won't have a video ,but if a 1200 ski-doo comes along more than happy to race

Good running Apex!!! I had a piped 93 Vmax 4 750 years ago and had my #*$&@ handed to me once by a well set up picked 470 mxz doo. He really got a kick out of beating the hell out of me!!! Rubbed it in for years!!!

No. It was a 1993 0r 94 470. A ringer for sure!!! He would never open the hood though!! I got a real lesson on clutching and traction that day.
