Any other rtx' stalling after you stop and sled is at an idle? Mine does this occasionally. Usually starts right back up and seems fine. Today did it and took a couple of tries to get it to fire. Then all was good again. We have 2 vipers and mine does this. It also has a lot of noise coming from the clutch area. Much louder than the other one

Didnt one guys dealer here find a short or ground on one of the little wires up under steering column? They are really packed in there. Plan to look good at mine make sure nothing is rubbing or wearing in there.

That is exactly what mine has done. Usually it's when I've been riding and I'll stop at an intersection to check a map. While the sled is idling it just shuts off. It's done it maybe 6 times in 2000 miles. Temp gauge said 168, so it wasn't hot.Went on a 150 mile tour yesterday sled ran flawless until or last stop went into warm hut for about 1/2 hour when leaving started sled waiting for everyone to get ready and the sled shut off buddy asked me did it just shut off I said yes not sure what's up this is the first time this has happened.

Wife's LTX-DX did the same thing. Cat throttle cable tends to stick a little and the TORS shuts sled off. WD-40 down cable and no problems since.

Ok, thank you. I just loosened my cable and checked the diagnostic percentages. Wide open is 99% and throttle off is 0%. Is this what is needed? My other sled is 98% and 0%
Dont get any better than that. Did you make sure it stayed same turning the bars lock to lock?

Ok, both are good. Hope that is what was wrong. Only one sled has done it. The one that does it sometimes stumbles when you first start it too. Once up and running all is well. Only other thing I've noticed is the clutch
On this one is way louder than the other one.

That's an issue I have also on my '14 XTX......."excessive" clutch noise(s)........checked everything and couldn't find anything unusual......no belt dust, no slop, deflection looks good......ideas?
(P.S. Nice talking to you last week)
