Use a test light on fuses.

And accessory plug. Maybe it’s actually fine. Visor cords go bad all the time.

Is it possible like other member said sled may have to get to a certain RPM to give out a voltage reading on accessorie plug ? ? ?

You can test it where it plugs in for starts. Don’t worry about voltage yet. If test light lights up your good to there. Thanks I said I did test on accessorie plug, how can I test seat warmer ?

No they are the same unit. They come with rubber plugs to cover the USB ports. The right one has them plugged in.Is That a picture of Two DIFFERENT Units ? Seems so ! !

I MAY have this thing figured out !
I got to test it now ! It MAY be that heated seat is plugged into accessorie cord near chaincase , I MAY have plugged heated dash helmet cord I installed into Rubber CAP ( Single wire ) that used to cap accessorie plug that's now still plugged into heated seat . I HOPE This is IT ! Maybe Sled hadn't run long enough for heated seat to warm UP ! ! ! Going to go test it ! Talked to Artic Cat Dealer that sold me dash unit for helmet cord he said the plug I plugged into was just a cap with single ground wire ! I will report back !

That was it heated seat was plugged into accessorie plug near chaincase, there is a cap type plug looks the same that's what helmet cord was plugged into which is just a ground wire that wire goes over accessorie plug when not in use, I imagine ! That's what Cat dealer told me.
What's the proper opperation of fan up front under radiator when's that supposed to go on ? Wanna make sure that's working properly, I had sled up to like 185 then shut it off, I didn't hear fan kick on ? ? ?

Also Guys Cat dealer says they have a type of splitter that comes off that accessorie plug and becomes a double so you could plug seat heater AND Helmet cord in there can I get one locally at Auto parts store etc ? ? ?

Yes. First it will kick in rev limiter then it will shut down. Light blinking then on steady. Yes there is a splitter available. I got mine at a Cat dealer. Thanks ! ! Do these Yammis have shut off switch my buddies 06 Apex does ?
