This JUST IN dealer Internet launch is Feb 25th at noon no meeting Internet launch like last year just had a buddy of mine call me and he said his contact just sent him the email no other info the tag line is let's conquer the snow he said so we shall see 4 weeks from now let the speculation begin

The most they will do for 16 is turbo or supercharge the vipers from the factory. Already old technology. Everyone and their brother has already done it with many different versions. We can all hope for something good in 17.

I'm torn....first new to me sled purchase coming up...trying to decide between a Viper S-TX DX or wait and snowcheck a 16 (I would really like to see the Apex motor in a more forward position chassis) going to decide by Monday as I do not want to buy a 15 and not be able to ride it this year.

They don't leak out! not Ever.
Its looking like 25th. of Feb. for the official release.
It Was Feb. 10th. last year.

Ski-Doo – February 23, 2015
Yamaha – February 25, 2015
Arctic Cat – Saturday, March 1, 2015
Polaris – March 2, 2015

New Venture model on the ProCross chassis, like last year's Pantera.
Phazer engine in the Viper/ProCross chassis.
An expansion of the "highly touted" performance dampers to the Viper line.

In other words...a move towards Yamaha and Arctic Cat snowmobiles becoming one and the same.

I still don't know what Yamaha will be sticking the "Sidewinder" monicker on.
