Well at least you know your secondary is shifting full out, lol! Maybe you might have to consider machining your primary as that would pull the belt more to the top & avoid dropping the belt to the bottom of the secondary.

You need to get taller gearing it's all shifted out.
Well I can tell ya in 14 when I was running 9#'s of boost at about 230 hp I was blowing a belt every 100 miles (8jp) I limped through the end of the season. then Ulmer tore mine down went through the whole sled and we pushed it to 13 #'s of boost and he machined both clutches and re-clutched with his stuff. I ran 600 miles on the last 8jp I had and then switched to a new 8 dn and have not blown a belt since another 1150 miles. .
