The clips are in the hood. Uses these serated wood screws.

Left side you mean when looking at sled from in front of it ? Or if sitting on sled you saying right side ? ✌

Left side when sitting on it used to have a knob for sidepanel. No longer used.

You should have 6 screws holding hood on, looks like your missing the 2 near the shocks. Also, I believe in 16 they stopped using the knob for the left side panel and never did both sides prior to 16.

My 16 has the knob on the left

My 16 did not have the knob/screw. I did buy one but didn’t install.
