99% sure the SCM (shock Control Module) is bad. Its commom

Does shock just stay at where they were prior to malfunction,Is it easy to locate on sled , how much money

I believe it stays on softest setting. It’s in the nose of the sled. $250

Yes, I had to replace this on my LE and a 19 SRX.
They were duds from the factory, except they didn't error until just after the warranty expired.
