Hi guys. First post here. If you have already done or will be installing a 2020 front end on your sled. Don't for get to install the updated HD panel brackets. A/C PN# 1607-913 Qty 2. The old one is riveted on and the new one bolts on. I did a lot of reading on HCS to find the info for the updated front ends. This Panel bracket came about when testing the new front end on the XS sled. The bulk head were cracking at where the upper A-arms bolt on as the new geometry add stress in that area. A/C engineers went to work and came up with this HD panel bracket which cures this issue. I have included a pic so you know what i am talking about
and where it is.

What year is your sled that you put this on? So you already had a bracket in that place and is the new one that much stronger looking?
I do not know what year they started using the panel bracket off the top of my head but the 19's have them. The new one is a HD version of the original. Its purpose is to stop cracking in that area and its especially needed with the 2020 front end as the geometry of the new upper A-arms and spindles adds more stress in that area. The old one was riveted on probable a 3/16" pop rivet and the new one is bolted on with a 6mm class 10 bolt (Like a grade 8 bolt) A/C PN# 8413-617 From looking at the online parts it looks like it goes on the inside. The previous photo was taken from HCS and I personally don't have my new front end parts yet so I am not 100% sure if its mounted on the inside or outside but its needed.
Update. I looked through the part diagrams. From 2015 and newer they used the panel bracket on all Cat/Yamaha sleds. Before 2015 they did not use the panel bracket.

Really glad Zrt1200 brought this up to my attention yesterday. I have a '19 that I converted over to the new '20 front-end and rear changes. I'll be sure to inspect the bulk head and install the new updated A-Arm mounting bracket.
