Part #8JP-H3755-00-00 Speed Sensor

Replacing the driveshaft and pro side bearing on my new to me 2020 SRX LE and I am wondering what to expect to get the speed sensor out of the driveshaft. I appears to be pressed in? Shaft is still in the sled. Any insight to remove this sensor would be appreciated.

2020 SRX LE 3,900 miles will be addressing:

New driveshaft and bearing (.020" of play in stock parts)
Adding BOP driveshaft saver
Adding DMC 21 tooth drive sprocket (bushing shot)
Tensioner tack weld screws
Adding BOP Oil tank gasket just because

Thanks again for all of the knowledge that is shared on the TY4Stroke Forum

It just pops right out. It's like a ribbed plug, easy peasy.

Use a broom handle or the likes , stick it in driveshaft and pop it out. Drive shaft is hollow

That is what I was thinking. Reassurance definitely helps when tackling these projects.

Thanks for the feedback.
