‘22 Thundercat EPS
Great question Moto.. Coming from a management roll in a factory background there’s contracts for everything you purchase with vendors. Lets assume AC and Yamaha came to a written agreement with how many motors Yamaha was going to supply Arctic Cat with months or years ago.It will be interesting the next few weeks, if a bunch of thunder cats get canceled. If they don’t , does cat have more pull to get every preorder built ? If problems persist into next year do you order a cat & Yamaha so you get one
I will post here when i hear something either way about my ‘22 T-Cat EPS. I do know I spoke with my dealer last week and he stated nothing had changed with delivery in the last 2 weeks. But he also said things can changE with how everything is going.

I wonder which orders got cancelled. Was it by model or by order date?
Of those who got orders cancelled, or know of a canceled order it would be informative to know what model and what order date and if in Canada or U.S.
I ordered an LTX GT EPS on 3/20/2021 in Vermont and have not yet got a call from the dealer.

So far it looks like two SRX’s and a LTX GT EPS got cancelled By the reports on this threadI wonder which orders got cancelled. Was it by model or by order date?

I doubt it’s by order dates but so far everything is just speculation.

My srx was ordered March 29-30 . I phoned around to 4 dealers today , the range of canceled sleds was 3-9 sleds . Never thought after riding 13 years on a Yamaha 4 stroke i could be riding a 2 stroke from another brand this year . The local cat dealer has a used 800 , he’s already saying he will give me a good trade in on a 2023 t cat . No t cats have been canceled as of yet for the dealer I talk to .

There was some speculation on another site it was sleds ordered after March. The spring buy extended to April 17 I believe.

Hmmm Arctic Cat had their Spring orders go on till April 30th. I was hearing AC had stopped orders sometime in April as they hit there maximum allowed per sled on some of the models. There was some speculation on another site it was sleds ordered after March. The spring buy extended to April 17 I believe.

Both of them .I have not heard or read of any Polaris pre-order people getting a call about their sled being cancelled, just late deliveries so far (Feb,Mar) unless you seen something different. And yes you are correct. all brands are struggling this year with meeting delivery of snow checked sleds.
I can’t wait to see what the manufacturers are going to charge for a fee for 2023 sleds next season.
Hey Sledroll, Did your sled get cancelled also?
An SRX and a LTX GT EPS.

Did he share how many LTX SE are sold in Ontario? I'm curious if its less or more than other models.

My dealer said they prioritized building the SRX line first and they took more deposits than they could ultimately fulfill so it was first come first serve, I sold my Apex and ordered the Sidewinder on the first day of snow check, I had a feeling this was going to happen. That also said the EPS models are built last and they are experiencing parts shortages on them too so they’ll be awhile yet. I never got a call from my dealer either till the sled was shipped and they gave me the VIN.I wonder which orders got cancelled. Was it by model or by order date?

I should of known better about possible delays , and potential cancellations .So far it looks like two SRX’s and a LTX GT EPS got cancelled By the reports on this thread

I couldn't decide between the SRX and getting the EPS , so I compromised and ordered both .
AND GOT NEITHER !!!!
If they had just offered the SRX with EPS I would have ordered day one .
now I need to do some work on the 17 LTX LE , to get in shape for the upcoming season .
Good luck with that , as it took 5 months to get a rear suspension bracket ly .
After sledding for 50 years , I never imagined I would get stuck in this situation .

maybe they should reach out to GSE, they sell EPS and put them in the sleds if they have run out EPS components...just saying there are options.
