2022 Preorder build dates/delivery dates

I don't know what to believe anymore. My buddy got the call today that his LTX-GT with EPS will be at the dealer next week. He went with All Around Power in VT. He ordered his sled after me, WTF?

It’s my understanding that it doesn’t matter when you placed your order, it’s when they schedule a certain sled to be built. I highly doubt they’re going to go well Joe ordered his sled 2 weeks before Bill so we’ll build his sled first. It’s what they have parts for and the person scheduling what specific sled model Is to roll down the line. There’s really no rhyme or reason for whats built first. If you ask me I would venture a guess that AC and Yamaha are going to build the EPS models first as they were the whats new for this season. But i’m only guessing. LOL

Yeah that guy didn’t answer any questions we all have about build dates and what’s not going to be built for lack of shortages.

Picked up my SRX today. Apparently I got the only one from that dealership. The salesman informed me that as far as he’s been told there’s only been 100 SRX models available for Ontario and only 12 in the Ottawa area. All his sled dealership orders were cancelled and he had to tell 2 late spring orders that their SRX sleds will not be coming. Glad I ordered mine early enough to get one.

Got a call today, sled is canceled… if you don’t have a shipping notification from dealership, don’t hold your breath from the information I got . I don’t even want to get started how many times ask dealer & on the phone call from Yamaha asking if my sled was coming before I sold my sled . If anyone knows of thunder cat or sidewinder ( or any other brand lol ) up for grabs let me know .

Srx , deposit was placed with in two weeks of start of program.The only back up sled available is my buddies 850 Polaris from last year .

that really sucks, feel bad for you. makes me nervous as well, I ordered around the same time, maybe a few days earlier than you, but not much.

Dealer had 25 % of their spring orders cancelled , and maybe more if they are not delivered by the end of February , they will be cancelled by Yamaha .
I thought I would atleast get the SRX .

This is a big kick in the nuts especially for the ones who sold their current sleds. Sorry to hear your orders have been cancelled. I figured this might happen as Yamaha can’t produce enough engines to complete everyone’s orders. Sadly I believe its going to get worse.
Has anyone heard if US customers are getting their orders cancelled? So far I’m seeing Canada orders. Let’s try to track this cancellation.

I think you found a second guy selling his Yamaha preorder - winder 2-up STX 146 GT, IF it shows up at all.
Hoping it comes to a point Yamaha will refund deposit.
