Had no info at all until arrived in Winnipeg. Terrible communication from Yamaha. He has two other sleds shipped from Winnipeg dec 15 and he has no ability to track….

My dealer told me when i asked about compensation a couple months ago that so far Yamaha Canada was not doing anything, but he realized that he would need to do something to make it up to me. Ive been bugging him that the fancy matching jacket i ordered for my wife should be free lol.

So I just had this conversation with my dealer, my LTX-LE will deliver in a few days BUT since Yamaha invoiced him on 12/30/21 I don't get the extra $250........Yamah was sure to get the paperwork filed before "cut off date". Paperwork but no sled means no Money!

Darn tootin, that is! It's almost as if Yamaha only wants to exasperate the issues their customers are having with either not receiving their SPS order or it being delayed by playing games like. Technically, they may be right due paper work being filed prior to cut off date but at the end of day, all that matters is when the customer receives their SPS order and if it's even one day past the cut off, the right thing to do would be to double the value of their gift card. Apparently, Yamaha has never read the book Raving Fans.

Does Yamaha expect anyone to believe anything that they say next year ???

We were already promised guaranteed delivery

My order was in barely 24 hours after opening bell of SPS and I’m stuck riding a 10 year old Vector
