"I know the comments section is going to get lit up like the 4th of July because the all-new snowmobile platform wasn’t introduced today"

My dealer said they have a new platform, but couldn't secure all the parts to bring it to the market.
Take that for what it's worth. We've been hearing of a new chassis for 3-4 seasons now.

Saw this on snowest:
If you were hoping for something all-new for 2023 from Arctic Cat for the mountains, you’re unfortunately going to have to wait. We can say with confidence to all you Arctic Cat die hards: hang in there, your time is coming.
I think they finally have something but can't pull it together for this season.

Exactly what my dealer told me too. Said he expects a little better pricing then what we are seeing posted. I hope so cause theres likely 2 riots joining this house hold for next season.I just had a conversation with my local Cat dealer.
*All pricing released to dealers is preliminary. Cat will release final pricing and spring order promotions on the 19th.
*His sales rep told him there will be a limited number of 998T Cat's for 2023. They expect to fulfill those orders the first few days of the spring order.
*The Thundercat and Riot 9000 are only available with EPS, ATAC, and 1 track option.
*998T will be spring order only, no floor models. There will be 6000, and 8000 floor models available.
I am assuming the limited 998 Cat models is because Yamaha gets the lionshare of those sleds. I guess we will see on the 22nd.
Im quiting snowmobiling if I spend another winter on a 137 lol

Absolutely! The wife rode my xtx this winter. We kept her 2020 riot 800 as a spare and she wasnt sure if she wanted to sell. She took the riot out on our last ride and 50 miles in she said we could sell it. She wants a tuned turbo lolThey do look sharp for sure.. Your going 998 for engine correct?

The traction of the 146 compliments the 998 so nicely.
My 129 is tuned with Max16. I couldn't believe how strong my Dad's stock XTX felt. That thing would be an animal with a tune.

True, off topic somewhat, except for new for 23 stuff, no way would I pay for something that ugly, same as those older style cats. Dont care how good they might be. Take a lot of beer to ride that thing!!! lolol!!Off topic, but who else thinks the new Doos look very much like a Barney sled. Same frog-lizard-reptile face. With red lipstick.

The heavy jaw section reminds me of Brendan Frasers character from the show Doom Patrol, which was intentionally styled to give it a goofy, 'not so smart' look. I have to admit, I always look at them when they are on the trail but never with the thought that 'thats a good looking sled', its more of a 'uhmm.. okay'.Off topic, but who else thinks the new Doos look very much like a Barney sled.
