I have a 2025 SRX with about 3300 miles tuned on max 17 with the normal supporting mods. I broke a secondary spring earlier in the year and the same day the sled starting bogging and falling on its face past 3/4 throttle. I drained the fuel cleaned the fuel socks and put a TP black orange spring in and it seemed to run fine for about 200 miles. Now the sled will only rev to 8550 it will then flash the knock light and when you come to a stop after a pull it wants to die. I did a new fuel pump, injectors, map sensor, spark plugs. Boost is around 16.9 at 84-8500 RPM. Any Ideas? Thanks

High flow pump? Stock pump probably won't suffice.
The MAP sensor should be the upgraded 4 bar?

Is the secondary or primary clutch sticking or binding? If the clutches are not releasing or returning to their resting position it could cause the sled to stall at idle. Dont know how that would cause knock light though.

Sounds like clutching to me. Knock could be due to low rpm load.

What should I be looking for as far as clutching goes? It has new primary rollers (stock roller) new secondary (TP) a straight 35 tp helix and a dalton BO spring.Sounds like clutching to me. Knock could be due to low rpm load.

Put a fuel pressure guage on that you can monitor as you ride.
