Can anybody tell me if there is a way to get the deposit tranfered to another dealer? I snow check a rtx through one dealer who told me if I did not sell my sled he would take it on trade. now he will give me next to nothing for it. I found a nother dealer who is $600 dollars cheaper. This is not including the $300 which will make it $900 cheaper. The dealer says money was already sent to Yamaha. If I still buy a Yamaha can I still get my $300? Who really has my $300? Thank you

I don't know what the rules are, but Yamaha has your money. I would think you should be able to take it from dealer to dealer. Yamaha has $1,200.00 of mine. I ordered two sleds on two different years and backed out. Man, this sport is expensive.

Call Yamaha customer service. Remember a good company's motto; "Please the customer" I believe Yamaha is a good company.

Next time get an agreed price from the dealer with and without a trade when you order.

Good luck trying to reach Yamaha customer service. It took me 6 days and 22 phone calls, and listening to their stupid recorded messages for 5 minutues each time I called until I finally got to talk to someone.

Most dealers will give you two prices in writing in case you are able to sell you sled before your new one comes in and it is right on the order slip. If that is the case go to Yamaha.
