Just hit 500 kms on my sw. Going to change oil filter, engine oil, and chain case oil. Is there anything to be aware of when doing it?

500km....so only 300 miles.
I only rode mine 2 times and have 300 miles....I usually do my first change and chain adjustment at 600 miles.
Is that what manual says now?
Thx
Dan

Thanks guys....I have always done all my sleds around 600-800 miles as we can rack them up very fast here, just a few rides to get us there.
I just thought 300 miles was rather early on....I know it cant hurt though.

I would much sooner do it early just because my oil has sure went black. Just would feel better doing it now and then again before I put it away. That I’m my mind is how you keep a reliable motor in great shape.

Glad I did mine as soon as I did. Found a turbo bolt laying in the belly pan under the engine.

I think the 17s had this issue....not sure if they fixed it for 18? I assumed so.Glad I did mine as soon as I did. Found a turbo bolt laying in the belly pan under the engine.

I could tell by the looks of the bolt someone at the dealer was on the two easy bolts to tighten them. But the third one, Which was on the pan was brand new factory. (No marks on head) Nobody from the dealer had the time to look for the third one I guess
