One last thing to consider as well, after cleaning the ENTIRE fuel system and BEFORE you start the sled, leave the fuel lines off the carbs, place them on top of a rag, pull the motor over and PURGE all the crap out of your fuel pump and lines(residue you can't get at). No point in pumping crap back into "minty fresh" carbs...!

Unplug TORS at carburetor and try avian. It might be the TORS switch on the carbs.
Before ripping the carbs apart (which is probably the issue) press the easy button first and be sure TORS is not activating. That's exactly what my SRX did after wacking the handlebars one time. It pulled my throttle cable the wrong way and would set off TORS. Backfire and no power. It's what it does.
This is only a suggestion, and like said above, it could be a fuel issue as well. It's just the easy thing to check first.
Good luck,

Pilot jets 100%. They start to idle low, burbles a little and they you get a nice bang out of the pipe.
