05 RX-1 MTN, stock except for ecp with evac, holtz silver springs, 160 mains and secondary at 80 degrees
Clutching...at 70 deg. wrap it pulls 10,500 rpm off the bat then climbs to 11,000 (I have'nt had a chance to check again since i changed secondary to 80 deg. I dunno if that affects top RPM anyways). Gonna be riding around 7,000 to 8,000 feet. I think I need to add a total of 1 gram to each arm but the factory rivets are alum. What should I do?
Jetting...I think it's fine but just wondering if there is anything to gain by changing it (needles, pilots etc.). I also do most of my riding at around 1500 to 2000 feet and don't want to be changing for the odd mountain trip. Is there anything you guys are doing to the jets and leaving it for those 2 different elevations?
Maybe Turk can shed some light!

i'm running 165's, red cv springs, needle clips raised a notch(leaner midrange) and fuel screws 2 out...seem good. Mine was hitting 11000, so it lessened the wrap on secondary to 60...now it hits 11000 immediatly, then drops to 10500-600 range(it is clutched, springs, weights, rollers)...more wrap will make it rev a bit higher. Ride ditches, valleys, treelines, etc. in sask.
