I tried the acc. outlet on my Attak for my GPS. The outlet only has power when the sled is running. I wish it was wired to the battery so the outlet has power at all times.

I'm not sure about the Attak, but my RTX has plug just inside the right foot well. I haven't put a tester to it yet to see if it is strait current or tied in to the ignition. Just an Idea.
Otherwise, just rewire the aux. jack to the battery. You will have to fuse it of course. Another thing I haven't checked out yet was the fuse box. Maybe, like my truck, there could be a "blank" fuse in there already wired. My GMC has two constant and 2 off the ignition.
A few ideas off the top of my head.
