Have now extended my RX1 to 144" and 1,5" track.
My gearing is stock and I have bought a clutch kit from heelclicker.
Just want to use the weights in the kit, but what start with?
Could have asked Turk, but think he has lots of question from lazy guys like me that dont want do do any testing

You still got the 24T gear in there?
still got the 24T yes. Also have a 23T, but my chain is to long. Need a new one.
Have now got the new weights in, I am seening around 10000 rpm and 4500 engage. Dont have any hard packed snow to test on.
But both the primary and sec are very hot, and it feels like the have the same temerature.
Is it my orginal gearing that is to high?
How much shorter chain do I need?

Gear it down 2 teeth on top. Your geared too high for 144 track. I run 22/38 on my 144 turbo & it,s about right. Also use the white yamaha secondary spring at 60 wrap. With these changes you will see a dramatic improvement & may need to add more weight to clutches.
Now running the 22T gear and the white spring. But no way I am gona get the spring to 60 wrap, it is to hard to twist it. or em I doing something wrong?
I marked the helix and the secondary to get i right.

Your doing something wrong. 60 wrap is tuff but it,s do-able. After doing it 40,000 times it gets easy.
well I think I have to make another attempt.
Thank you.
Thank you.

Put the secondary on the Jack-shaft and use a pair of gloves to twist the helix clockwise. You may want to put a piece of wood or even the belt between the tunnel and the secondary to hold it from sliding in as you press down on the helix.

I always put secondary on bench/floor on a roll of duct tape. Works for Yamaha or Cat secondary.
It was me doing it wrong.
Now the sled is as fast from 0-60mph since I bought it.
Engage at 4900rpm. Peak at 10500-10600 and settles down to 10100. So I think my belt is slipping, is there any way to see wich clutch is slipping?

You need to add more weight in the heel & take some from the tip
How are the primary weights set up right now?

Right now i got 3,3g tip,0g mid and one screw and three washers in the heel. Now the rpms jumps to 10200 and stays there. Dont think I got much belt slipping now, but maybe the rpms should have been a litle lower? 9800??
edit: thats all heelclicker weights.
