I doubt it. I'm interested to see what they come up with. I know I'll be interested if they can shave the weight off like they did for the RX-1/Warriors muffler.

Depends on the FI system but, I am willing to bet that a reprogramming of the fuel mapping may be necessary. That being said, many aftermarket cycle exhausts don't require a reprogramming because they don't really do much but reduce some weight and increase exhaust noise. So, I bet there will be some that will require no mods to the FI system but those will probably not offer much in the way of hp increase.

I rememeber months cak that Jeff told everyone on this site that he was coming out with a lightweight RX-1 exhaust. Does anyone have one? How is the nosie level? I would think he might make one for the EFI also.

No adjustments, just bolt it on and go. The stock one is very highly tuned. That is why you only get 1-5 hp gain typically from an aftermarket. The weight savings can be big though.
