i just found a air leak on my carb, the 4 choke lever have a rubber cap on the top of the plastic nut ( copper rod ), all 4 have move with the boosted, i just replace in the small rubber, and no more leak. look at my friend turbo sled and he have the same problem. with these cap remove my sled was lean. i test it with air in the hose for the slide. may be somedy else have the same problem. i put glue on the rubber/plastic and its perfect.

Funny how these little leaks start to show up after a couple of years. Anyways keep up the good work guys. These are the little things that can drive a boosted rider up the wall. LOL

Build yourselves a pressure tester.
1 piece hose same size as turbo inlet
2 clamps for hose
1 plug drilled to accept air line fitting
clamp it on and air it up to 20 PSI, 1% dish soap solution and start washing your engine. You should have no air sound or bubbles what so ever, it should be tight. It tests the whole system CAC, carbs, hoses, float bowl vents, everything.
