Now here's your real test;
Loosen off the shock all the way and try to compress the suspension fully to the bump stop.
Does the track get tighter when you do that preventing the suspension from compressing?

I have land on the bump stops about 20 times now and it all works out great. I had check this before I rode it using a ram to push the rear of the sled down. Till it hit the bump stops.

Thanks for posting your modification, it looks great.
The approach angle seems to be very low, based on my attak moving the skid back 4" would make the angle about 18dgr. The same as the new Nytro MTX.
Do you experience any negative effects on the trail, like heavy steering or changed balance?
Best regards Richard Malmlöf Sweden

I have a little more push in the corners but that is most likely from the add track. It fells more balance now that It has more track out back to make up for the front end.

I just left them open. I just get a little snow on the left side from where the mono was but thats only when the snow is real deep.

Thought I would give an up date. I pull the skid out this weekend to put in a new track. Found I will need to add a set of anti stab wheels the track is hitting the tips of the a lot more then I like. And thinking about a new cooler for the back of the tunnel to help with icing. And add new rivets the ones I had in are popping out. Lol but other then that its all looks good.

Apex 06 - Just a update on the heat exhchanger are you hitting it at all with the track when you bottom out? I am thinking of going long and I have the same little exchanger and hoping that if I move the Zx2 down I can clear it. Can you give a little info on what you did or had to cut if anything? Thanks!
