Q1- Is it going to have a air lock? anti freeze movement---- engine to back of sled, ( hi spot, air bubble ) to front of tunnel, ( lo spot, will fill solid with anti freeze ) then cross pipe, to back of sled (hi spot, air bubble ) then to engine, ( lo spot ) will the t stat work? something to think about, maybe a bleed screw on each side? I would skip the factory running boards in the tunnel & add 1 or 2 rear heat exchangers & run through the new homemade running boards. Maybe a 2nd radiator & fan Build it, Enjoy , let us know,

I totally understand what your saying now, but is it any different then a double U pass cooler? And thinking of it the way your saying, I can't see it really working. I rear cooler or two would be great, will have to consider doing that and do you know nu any chance where to find a good price on one?

I have no idea what my temp my apex runs at now but I would think she will run a lot cooler with the coilers in the tunnel.
Exchangers in the tunnel I think are a good idea but why run them in the boards? I don't think you need them for cooling with the exchangers in the tunnel.

I'm removing the factory running board coolers, putting in a tunnel cooler or even two, but I have to run my coolant through my running
boards for the plumbing, like fabcraft design.
