Another spot to mount the tool kit?

Here is the Yamaha bag...it's velcroed on the bottom and the two top sides,

I've got my tools, spare belt, and two spare spark plugs in my bag
Spark plugs? I'd rather tow it out than operate in -20C!

Not if your by yourself in the middle of nowhere..... :exc:

Of course you can always unplug the fuel pump under the seat and crank it over to clear out the cylinders. I had to plug the fuel line to the injectors back in once. It was brutal in the cold.

I guess i just feel better knowing i have a spare belt and plugs

Has anyone actually needed to?I am around 8000mi with originals in.Barely broke in.In bike, truck or car I normally wouldnt even think about them for 20,000mi dont see anything real different in my sled.

probably will never need to change them. I changed mine when I put on my Hauck get er done kit...I had everything tore down already so I decided to change out my originals and carry them as spares

i've never even seen the spark plugs on it. and i dont carry spares. lol. maybe something i should think about. but even if i had spares id b a lil lost on how to get to them i think. not quite the same as the two strokes ive grown up on
