i have 125 miles on mine and no hesitation, just at idle sometimes it bogs a little when you play around with the throttle.raced my brother the other day and smoked him bad on take off.its not brokin in completly yet so i let go fast,3-4 sled lenght ahead of him every time but then let off.he drives a zrt 600.

I have had this problem too. After Idle for a while, I will hit the gas and the sled will just die. Other than every once in a while when the sled gets down to idle, there is no hesitation and the sled runs spot on. The sled has 800 miles and I am not worried about this, but curious if anybody else has this problem?

My phazer did that for the first 500kms or so and now if the sled has warmed up it has no hesitation at all. Once I broke the 1000km mark I found that the sled came to life a little more, seems peepy now. I would give it some time and see if it fixes on its own before you begin to play with the fuel mixture.

I personally am not that worried about it and I will never play with the fuel mixture, mostly because I would have no clue how to adjust it properly and I would not be able to tell when the sled is running right. The sled still gets about 16-18 mpg so I am worried about it. I was just curious if other people have had this happening to them as well. But thanks for the info on how to adjust the fuel delivery if I wanted too. It is pretty cool that people can do that type of thing without having to hook it up to a computer or something like that.
