Have the panels off to nut/bolt everything and install a heated visor plug. My coolant expansion tank is bone dry on a warm engine. Anyone else notice this?

Mine was low on a cold engine, way below the level, not sure if it was the dealer prep,or at the cat house where they came off the line that way, when they do there first warm up,and hot /cold run at factory, maybe its not enough to get the coolant to stabilize, and the dealers prep should be the place they set the level correct at.

My dad's and mine were about 3/4" below the cold mark when cold. I just topped it up with some 50/50. Took a cpl oz.

Mine also was quite low on the coolant reservoir. Also my oil was a hair below the min. indicator on sight tube. A friend with a new Sidewinder read the same, and had to put a quart of oil to bring it to Max level. One more issue is this weekend when heading home after a hundred plus ride, sled would not restart after a short stop. Turned out both + - on battery not tighten. Dealer set-up issues? I think so.

Mine was low along with my gear oil. Remember guys, these are half Cats, Check everything!

Sidehogger, was it below the sightglass ?..... I'm trying to determine if they overfilled mine or didn't put enough in.

BTW...My coolant tank was low also. The Yamacool I added was blue.
