Anyone happy?

i love mine and love it even more with the shocks revalved. my boss made a world of differance with the valving by making it progressive. befor it would be to stiff in stutter bumps so id soften it and bottom hard in the 3 foot mogals. now it dont even feel the stutters and hit the mogals hard and not feel a bang. its night and day. IMO it made the sled 10 times easyer to ride. i highly sugest a revalve to a progressive style valving and to have the rebound quickened up slight. oh also a fusion prgressive front track spring is the key. no just have to figure out the floats to get it not get ski lift and still be soft

My wife loves hers, I just have to feed her lots of cookies over the summer, I figure a padded a$$ is cheaper than a custom seat to replace the banana board!

Other than that, it's just closing the tunnel and figuring out how to reduce the snow build up on the foot boards.

It's really a Nice sled overall, they just went a bit too radical with the chassis.

Closing the tunnel will drastically reduce the snow build up.

Terret--.oh also a fusion prgressive front track spring is the key.

What do you mean by this. How much to revalve the rear shocks.

Nice to finally see some positive feedback ... I guess we live in a society where the majority of people would rather look to the negative (or may only see the negatiive) instead of pointing out the positive/good things!

I am adding the excel exhaust and closing off the tunnel this summer/fall.

Also have to finish up my tunnel extension and have my rear bumper powder coated.

Most people that are generally happy with a product or service they have purchased never go on the internet to tell people how great it is...but if it breaks, watch out !! #$%&*

Human nature, I guess.

zook.

my boss charges about 40-50 bucks a shock plus shiping. only bad thing is if they are blown with bad seals theres nothing he can do cause hes a polaris dealer and the KYB pistons are slighty smaller so none of the seals he has will work. i went from being 4 clicks in from stock to all the way out and it was stiffer in high speed but didnt kick in the stutters. u can feel it go from plush to stiff about a 1/3 of the way threw the travel.

as for the sping. the phaze spring rate is like 145 or 150 lbs per inch. the fusion spring is a progressive spring its is a 130 down low and a 210 i think on top. so the farther the suspention is compressed the stiffer it gets. so it can be plush in the small bumps so ur not getting shaken like a paint shaker but when u hit a big bump or wash out u dont bottom.

TERRET725 GREAT INFO. GOOD DETAIL. :rocks:

I love mine to death. Closed tunnel, Excell exhaust, 1.5" Freeride track, CurveXS ski's. Funnest sled on the snow !

Happy so far!!!

I have an '07 Phazer FX with only a little less than 1000 miles on it. No major issues so far. The only mod done so far has been to install the fan, to be on the safe side. I thinh I'm going to get the Bergstrom Triple Point carbides, ski savers, and shims, to get a little better control. I've only been riding for 4 seasons, but I love the sport, and love my Phazer FX. My previous ride was a 2000 MXZ 700. here are some pics in the Lake George NY region.
