i was talkin to a guy in ontario a while back and he was telling me of a mod of wiring in a resistor or diode to the plug on the side of the airbox to improve power?? anyone here of this??? thanks

I have heard of that trick to fool the fuel system into giving or taking away fuel depending on what u need.

yes it works.. the key word is to fool,It was last springs latest discovery here in Ontario.. I did it and notice a signifigant change in the midrange power band immediately and mind blowing in the top... What it did it enabled me to blow bye my buddies 07 Mach and he couldnt catch me in the 2500 ft we ran.All bullcrap aside The Mach anialates the Apex...I didnt trust this much longer it was kinda Jerry rigged plus it was March and Iwas trading in, and I was afraid something was going to let go. this thing just screamed. My 08 I will alter knowing I have warranty... got to remember where in Canada with a 1 year Warranty on on most sleds up to this year.

Leaning out the sled will give you power like that..mmmm could you be leaning it out?????

Would you like to share what value resistor to add. Serial or parallel in wich lead?

it could be more fuel to??? on 4 strokes liening isnt as noticable as 2 strokes. feed these 4 strokes fuel to make power

Is the Jerry Rigging necessary? I have read on previous posts that you can tap into the computer from the console and adjust the fuel settings up and down. Has anyone tried this vs. the resistor.
