I plan on doing this to my sled shortly so just curious if this is accurate and the true measurement I need for my 08 Vector with the mono suspension?

Correct. Measure the total length of the large center spacer before you start cutting. Save that measurement somewhere. Then measure the small spacer from the opposite side and cut a piece the same size from one end of the large center spacer. Then subtract the width of the 4th wheel brg + the width of the small spacer you just cut from what the total length was before you started cutting. That's what the total length of the new center spacer should be.
Put it all back together and you're good to go. It sounds more complicated than it really is.

Thanks, hoping to get the pieces cut shortly and put on my new wheels.
When I took apart the stock set I couldn't believe how snug they were so I had better make sure my cuts are accurate and true!

Should have used your suggestion/instructions

Took my parts to work and had a mechanic make my new spacers, long story short, the short piece was cut too long and the long piece is now too short!
He used a Vernier(sp) for the measurements and said he was within a couple thou when he was finished?
Re-installed in my skid and realized my inner back wheel did not line up with the inside idler.
It looked to be out by at least a 1/4 inch?
I then took the factory small spacer out and seen the difference between the 2 and knew right then the measurements are wrong on that diagram I provided. (at least I assume they are for my application assuming the mechanics tools were in spec?)

Hi Irv
Did you use the measurements at the bottom of the page for the mono suspension skid? They seem close to the ones I used one my 4th wheel set up.

Bottom of the page, didn't see that

The longer spacer is now cut the the stock spacer(small ones) and another small spacer will be fabbed to add to the end of the long spacer.
Guess I had better slow down and read things a little more carfully!
Thanks for the heads up unclearpine, appreciate it

I checked at a Yammy dealer the other day for the middle long piece and all he could come up with is the 4th wheel kit????
Found it odd that one could not buy that long spacer seperately?
I think I will be ok with the spacer that is being made to make my long spacer a little longer, if not, I will be sure to grab yours if thats alright?
Thanks

This number should be the long piece from the three wheel set-up, would still have to cut it down: 90387-20016-00
Came up at $13ish CAN MSRP
