TY 4 Stroke Master
Hi all.
Stock primary spring, dalton b/o at 6-1. Xs825 belt. 77.4g with a 3/4” slug in heel. 1/4” slug in tip. 33/35 helix.
I did have these weights preset by hurricane with a 1” slug in heel followed by a 1/2” slug snugged right up to it. 240-270-300 tune. On 270 coming out about 8800. Back shifts and falls on face at 8300.
I seen RockerDan has a beautiful you tube video about running a 1/2 slug in heel and 1/4 in tip. Seemed to be ok with it. All clutch kits I’ve ever had seemed that the tip always remained empty. Yet. My original setup I’m clearly too heavy as after the back shift there’s not much happening.
just curious if anyone else is running weight in the tip on a tune or is that weight buried in the heel?
