Concerning the LE as helix suggests, it's not a necessity but an option. We typically don't recommend you buy a set straight off unless you ride mainly on hard pack or do not have time for a proper suspension setup. They can always be added later on. Also, they typically are not required at all on the Polaris or Ski-Doo chassis... nature of the beasts I suppose.

We have several sets of LE's with over 4kmi on them and haven't had a set replaced due to wear yet. The carbide cutting edges on the front (part of our patent) is what really makes them last.
Again, there are no side affects to adding them later. Steering effort stays the same, cornering performance is unchanged and fuel economy is not decreased. You loose nothing and what darting was present typically falls off by 90% or more - with no other changes.
