Nathan thought it was a good idea, but I think the powers that be were not so easily impressed based on comments in the General forum.
A paper template would be plenty adequate...
Yes ,that is why I emailed them direct.
We can complain on the form, but the best way is to email the company direct.
Future improvement is a great thing! I love my curve skis.

Anyone have the template dimensions? I bought a set of the XS Curve trail package from BOP that advertises here. They only have 4" carbides but I did get the 2" Leading Edge. I e-mailed Nathan and he said that Curve claims 4" works as good on these as 6" carbides do on other brand skis because of the design. We will see.

I hope this helps.
The little tab on the right fits into the end of the carbide pocket and the lip on both sides fits over the ski keel. Hole center was as best I could guess by eye. If I missed something let me know and I can measure it again. The template is not 100% the same measurement on both sides. They can be off up to about 0.2 ish mm (no biggy).

Question for you guys with curve skis. What are you guys running your limiter straps at? Haven't rode the sled with the curve skis yet. I have 6" shaper bars and 4" leading edge. I haven't rode the sled with the curve skis yet, would like to run the limiter straps all the way out / stock, I just don't want to have any push.

Thanks!! I hadn't opened box yet but just did the install about 2 hrs ago. There was a paper template that Travis from BOP taped to one of the skis. Got them on and heading to Michigan tomorrow.

Strap set at stock position from factory. Zero push last year. This year I had an issue with my toe out that I think I have fixed. Now I need snow to find out

I supply a paper template for the leading edge. It should have been in the box if you didn't get it I can email you the PDF.

When I got my Curves last season I ran their stock 4" carbide and no leading edge. Very little darting, ski's tracked good.
Installed 6" carbides and the sled got pretty busy as for darting.
Installed the leading edge and eliminated most of the darting. Still some on certain conditions.
Has anyone tried Berstom triple point carbides on the Curves. I am thinking of getting a set.
Love my Curves on the Viper.
Sled holds the corners great and the ski's are great in deep snow. Really helps with flotation.

I dimpled mine with a 1/8" drill bit so I know where to drill if I decide to install them. I need to check my toe and also condition of my shapers as I darted pretty badly this weekend in the packy stuff. I have a notion I'll look at the shapers and find one bent, but just speculation at this point.
MrSled swears by his slim jim's and I think that will be my next setup

In the UP as I post. I now have about 150 miles on new Curve XS skis with 4" carbides and 2" LE. So far so good, tracks straight and predictable, no darting issues yet. We had wet, sticky snow yesterday and some fresh snow today with cooler temps. Happy so far, this is on a 2007 Attak GT with a Ripsaw II track, no studs.

I didn't have good luck with the shapers on the Curves. They wore just in front of the carbide in a short period and eventually broke the bar. I've been running the snowstuds which work well but with 6'' carbides I did have some darting on the Viper. I have a new set of 4" snowstuds that I'm installing for this weekend and I'm going to order a set of slim jims but I'm not sure if I want 4" or 6" with a unstudded 129" ripsaw II.
