I now have 650 miles on the sled.
Slide wear issue looks to be fixed by replacing all the wheels to a bigger wheel size. The dealer changed the inside wheels and the wearing was good this time. It did the normal wear of 50% right away in the first 50 miles. It stayed the same the rest of the weekend.
Engine is breaking in nice. I did a lake run for about a mile against a 800 etec. I jumped him and then he caught up and we were side by side the whole way with top speed at about 100mph. The lake was really rough. When mine breaks in I will dust him.
We were riding in tighter trails this time so didn't get to really get past 105 on the railroad grade.
The big bump handling of the XTX is really good as our group hit a unmarked driveway at 80mph on the grade and it didn't even bottom out.
I am getting use to the handling of the new sled and am really starting to like it. I am pretty sure I am going to keep it. Just wish we would get some more snow.
Really like the HID light kits. They are the bomb. Should be standard in a high end sled.
