TY 4 Stroke Master
Who wants to make this exhaust for me ! (For mcxpress rear mount) Would like slightly larger I.D than stock , pipe to the turbo should be around 2 & 1/4 inch . Just imagine this picture as a 4 into 1 instead of 3 into 1 .And Ideally it would do away with the 4 flex joints also .
Not having any problems with mine , I just think this would be good for a few more H.P. at 17 psi.

Whats wrong with flex joints? Can't use them with the front mounts as their using the header to hold the turbo, but thats really the problem. As the pipes get hot stainless expands a lot and has no where to go so they crack. Rear mounts can keep their flex joints, I believe thats their only plus. Keep the turbo close to the motor and the heat source if you want BEST turbo efficiency.

I have built a new header for the MCX apex and have two being tested now. Will have more info later on. This may not be needed as we have had no problem's with new 07 kit's with new fuel management system.
