Thanks for the heads up. Definitely something to take a look at.
I do know that the brake disc CAN be installed BACKWARDS/FLIPPED which will put pressure on 1 of the brake pads and jacks it up a little on caliper to cause a leak (Possible) in time and brake performance a little weak.
This can only happen if the chaincase was taking apart and brake disc put on wrong.
Not saying this was your issues ,just a note to look at proper install .

How hard of a job is it to get the caliper off?

Sorry I meant back shift / engine braking. caliper comes off easy

My warrior came close to this very thing. The thing is guys when the caliper starts leaking it let's air in and mine anyways started to drag the brake. So if you used the brake say 3 times after it starts leaking and go on a 1 mile WOT run you'll have plenty of heat and fire.
