Yes tried a different relay with no luck. The fuel pump is actually working when it stops clicking and the pump cuts in. Sled actually started once then stopped once it started clicking again?

if you jump the relay will the sled run?
do you have access to another ecm to try?

Check your speedo sensor. Ive had the code on mine and the bearing went.

Use the dielectric grease sparingly. I was a believer of packing connections with the stuff until I witnessed it be the cause of a poor connection(positive starter cable to the starter). After wiping the connection clean and using just enough to leave a thin layer on the terminals, the problem was solved.

Searched and searched for a short. Couldnt find anything. Installed a used wiring harness and it's now good to go!
